Rose Patten Portrait Unveiling

A portrait of Rose Patten, past chair of the University of Toronto’s Governing Council, now hangs in a place of honour on the Council Chamber wall. The elegant portrait by Ontario artist Phil Richards was unveiled during a January 13 ceremony in the chamber. It captures Patten’s essence, conveying elegance, competence and authority.
