Presentation of the Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee Medals to U of T Royal Society of Canada Fellows

On February 14, President David Naylor presented Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee Medals to five University of Toronto Fellows on behalf of the Royal Society of Canada.

The recipients (listed below in alpha order) were honoured for their exceptional service to scholarship, science, and the arts in Canada.

Professor Emerita Betty Roots, Department of Cell & Systems Biology
Professor Marla Sokolowski, Department of Ecology & Evolutionary Biology
Professor R. Paul Young, Vice-President, Research & Innovation and Department of Civil Engineering
