Official Groundbreaking of the Schwartz Reisman Innovation Centre

The University broke ground on the new Schwartz Reisman Innovation Centre, made possible by an historic gift of $100 million from leading entrepreneurs and philanthropists Dr. Gerry Schwartz and Heather Reisman. President Gertler participated alongside Chancellor Patten and Jane Pepino, Vice-Chair of the Governing Council, as well as Professor Gillian Hadfield, inaugural Schwartz Reisman Chair in Technology and Society, and Vector Institute President and GEO Garth Gibson.
